How are your cultural skills? Everyday business is lost due to the lack of understanding the cultures of our global partners. Our world is getting smaller and smaller and dealing globally is becoming a part of our daily jobs. Do you know the proper etiquette and protocol to handle all the deals and provide the best for your clients and not create any major international faux pas?

Join us for an educational luncheon with MPI Platinum Speaker Colleen Richenbacher . With over 35 years in customer service and creating events, this background gives Colleen the edge to understand your company and the business world. She started her own company in 2001 after 20 years with the Dallas Convention & Visitors Bureau to focus on her presentation and writing. Over the past 12 years, Rickenbacher has had speaking engagements, including a seminar for the Certified Meeting Professional program in Florence, Italy and Singapore, a guest lecture at Cornell University School for Hotel Administration in New York, and a customer service presentation to 150 government officials in Zimbabwe.Her expertise and client base is varied and expansive and we cant wait to learn more from her . Community Outreach
As part of the Aloha MPI Chapters commitment to giving back to the community we will be holding a Clothing Drive to benefit the YWCA’s Dress for Success Program and the Institute for Human Services (IHS). Please raid your closets and bring your donation of any new or gently worn Men’s or Women’s business attire clothing to our March 24th meeting. Thanks for your support!
